Where these rules apply

These guidelines apply to public profiles, user photos, trade requests and conversations if and when those features are released. The current website is a preview of a product in development; a description of a future control below does not mean the control is live today. These guidelines are part of the Terms of Use.

Treat people with respect

• Do not harass, threaten, bully or stalk another person, or post hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative or graphic violent content.
• Do not impersonate another collector, Figfolio, a figure brand, an artist or a seller.
• Do not publish another person's private information, including addresses, phone numbers, financial details or private messages, without their permission.
• Do not send spam, unwanted promotions or repeated requests after someone has declined or blocked you.
• Do not use the service to promote illegal goods or activities.

Represent figures honestly

• Record only copies you actually have. Do not claim a duplicate is available if you cannot provide it.
• Do not misstate a figure's identity, edition, condition, authenticity or your authority to use a photo.
• Do not use edited or borrowed images to hide damage or mislead someone about the item they may receive.
• Do not offer counterfeit or illegally obtained items as genuine merchandise.

Catalog pictures identify a figure or series; they are not proof of the condition, authenticity or availability of an individual collector's copy. Collection quantities and personal photos are user-provided information.

Use collector connections carefully

Planned Match and trade-request tools connect people who have relevant duplicates and Wanted figures. They are not a store or a protected checkout. Figfolio does not take payments, provide escrow, ship items, authenticate items or supervise meetups. Do not request payment credentials, advance fees or sensitive identity documents through the service. Do not use a request or chat to pressure someone into an exchange.

Collector matching and trade-request features are intended for people who confirm they are at least 18 and in the United States. Do not use those features if you are not eligible.

Report a concern

For concerns about content or conduct visible now, email alisahindev@gmail.com with the relevant URL, what happened and any context you can safely share. Do not include passwords or payment information. Planned in-app Report and Block controls will provide another route if released. A report does not itself cancel a trade or change its stock state. Blocking, when available, is intended to stop new signed-in interactions; it cannot make public collection data invisible to anonymous visitors.

We may review reports, remove content or restrict access when appropriate. A report does not guarantee a particular decision. For copyright or trademark concerns, use the IP and takedown page.
