Account deletion

If you have a test account

Email alisahindev@gmail.com with the subject “Figfolio account deletion request.” Tell us that you want the account and associated personal data deleted. We will explain how to verify that the account is yours and what can be removed at this stage.

If your request concerns information on the public website, use the same address. You can also contact us about access or correction of personal information through Support.

When the app launches

The planned route is Settings → Delete Account, with a clear confirmation before deletion starts. This route is under development and cannot be used today. We will update this page when it becomes available.

Before you email

Do not send your password, Apple sign-in code, payment information, identity documents, or other sensitive material by email. We may ask for a safe way to confirm account ownership.
